Vince has known Francis Lee the creator of ‘Tales of Midnight’ for over twenty years and has been a keen follower of the making and development of the main character ‘Midnight’. So when Francis approached The Dawn with the suggestion of using a track from their first album, Vince and Sue jumped at the opportunity, but wanted to write something exclusive to ‘Midnight’, that would express in a 4 min song, the story of one man’s mission to rid the world of injustice and corruption. The basic idea for the song was written and recorded within a couple of hours. After hearing the track Francis decided to take it one step further and use some of the series and trailer footage to put together a high impact promo. Filmed at Ealing Film Studio's, with only a handful of takes 'Midnight' was in the can.
